1. Each Franchisee will get 21000 points to assemble their team.
2. All 11 players will play every match.
3. All teams will be drawn in one single group.
4. Each team will play 3 matches in the league stage. That means they will skip playing 2 teams in the group.

5. For every win, 2 points will be allotted. Likewise, 1 point will be allotted in case of a Tie.
6. While chasing in 6 overs and while defending 25% run margin will give 1 bonus point.
7. In case of points being tied, net run rate will be taken into account to determine team standings.
8. In league stage, each player must get a minimum of 2 chances to perform. Either 2 times batting, or 2 times bowling, or once batting and once bowling. A team will be rewarded 3 points if the above criteria are fulfilled.
9. Committee will select one player from each team and those players will play for substitution in the absence of regular player in the team. Substitute players performance will be treated as original player.
10. The pitch will be 42 feet long. The box dimensions are 4 feet x 5 feet.
11. The match will be of 8 Overs.
12. Only 2 bowlers can bowl 2 overs. Back of the hand bowling is not allowed.
13. Opening pair must be different in each match. You can play 1 player constant and change his partner in every match.
14. Every no ball (Fast ball, Overstepping, Height) will result in free hit.
15. If the ball goes out of the ground directly in 2/3/4 runs area, then it will be considered as dot ball.
16. Six will be only given when the ball strikes the black curtain.
17. New rule of strike rotation is applicable for catch out. (As per ICC)
18. Run behind stumps will be only by running between the wickets. No runs will be given in declared form.
a. In case ball goes beyond the barricading (flakes) indirectly (bounce), 1 run will be declared.
b. In case ball remains in playing area behind stumps, runs have to be scored by running between the wickets.
c. If ball gets stuck up in barricading, 1 run will be declared. (On field umpire will take the decision for the same and that will be final)
19. One Mentor from each team can be on the ground with the players.
20. Only four teams will advance to the semifinals.
21. A super over will be played if the match is tied in Semi Final and Final.

Any specific rule which is not mentioned here will be implemented like last year.
